Signature Room Divider Kit (Easy fit)

Description

Our elegant signature divider is a fully fit to size product once installed, adding character and charm to your home, office or games room.

We recommend watching our easy fit video and following our simple instructions before fitting your panels. This will showcase just how easy and simple we’ve made this product. The fitting time should be 30/60 minutes depending on your diy experience.

The kit dimensions-

Max Height- 2640mm (Need cutting to optimal fitting height)

Width- 1000mm (top rail & bottom rail are ready cut and milled)

What’s in kit?

• 1x top rail (ready drilled and milled) ready to fit
• 1x bottom rail (ready drilled and milled) ready to fit
• 8x vertical panels 2600mm (need cutting to your height)
• 1x drill bit for vertical panels
• 1x drill template (so your drilling will be accurate on all panels)
• 32x grub screws (slot 2x into both ends of your verticals before installing)

Fitting instructions, part 1_

• Glue or screw your top and bottom rails into place on your floor and ceiling
• Measure the distance between the vertical rail and bottom rail from one end.
• Cut one room divider to the length needed
• Then drill 2x holes using your drill bit and drill template for perfect distances
• Apply the grub screw into the holes using the Alon key (leave 10mm on show, the rest into the panels.
• Then try the divider into each grooved slot on your top and bottom panels
• If it fits within all the slots, you can cut the rest of the panels the exact same size
• If you have some slots it doesn’t fit into, then remeasure the height on those specially and cut the correct height needed
• This will be due to how level the area your covering, if you have a discrepancy in height then cut each panel separately for the perfect fit.
• We expect most spaces to be fine over the 1000mm area the dividers cover, but it’s best to take this part slowly for a perfect finish

Part 2-

• Once the dividers are cut to size you can go ahead and slot them in.
• You will have 2x strips in the package that are cover beads.
• Apply these beads to the section missing on your top and bottom rails, you are to glue the beads in place, which will finish off your project perfectly.
