At Panelling Direct, something that is very important to us is that our products are both high-quality and competitively priced. That’s why, if you find identical panelling products available for less elsewhere, we’re now offering to match the price, subject to conditions.
How the Price Match Offer Works
Seen some wall panelling that’s caught your eye? We always do our best to price our products fairly. But, if you happen to see the same product elsewhere for a lower cost, we’re keen to know and, where possible, match the price.
The first step is to check the terms & conditions of the Price Match Offer to make sure the product is eligible.
For example, to qualify, both ours and the competitor’s products must be brand new, in-stock and available for immediate purchase. The order value must be a minimum of £350 including delivery, and the competitor’s delivery window needs to be comparable to ours.
To be eligible, products must be identical in brand, material, design, dimensions, quality, colour, and pack size.
Products on marketplace and auction sites are excluded from this offer. Other exclusions include products that are reduced due to clearance lines, closing-down sales, promo codes, members’ prices, trade quotes or bulk discounts.

If you’ve read through all the T&Cs and believe a product is eligible, get in touch with us by emailing sales@panellingdirect.co.uk. Make sure you include full details about the competitor’s product. Plus, we’ll need a live link to the product’s web page, with web images/screenshots showing the product specification, stock availability, total price, and delivery window.
We’ll then check the details and, if approved, will send you everything you need to buy the product at the matched price!
