With this in mind, if you find any of our products for a cheaper cost from a different online retailer, we’ll do our best to match the price, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Eligibility Criteria for the Price Match Offer
To qualify for our Price Match Offer, the following conditions must be met in full:
- The total order value with Panelling Direct must be £350.00 or more (excluding VAT, where applicable).
- The competitor’s product must be an exact match in brand, material, design, dimensions, quality, colour, and pack size.
- The competitor’s product must be brand new, currently in stock, available for immediate purchase, and listed on a legally operating UK-based retail website.
- The identical product on our website must also be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- We match the total price including delivery. This means the comparison calculation includes the competitor's product cost plus their delivery or shipping charges.
- The competitor must offer a comparable delivery window to ours. For example, we won’t match standard prices against a competitor's delayed shipment or extended lead times if they don’t match our standard delivery windows.
- Exclusions: This offer excludes marketplace sites (such as eBay or Amazon Marketplace), auction sites, clearance lines, closing-down sales, reductions due to promo codes, members’ prices, trade quotes, and bulk discounts.
How to Submit a Request
Before placing your order, you must submit your price match claim directly to our team:
- Contact us directly by emailing sales@panellingdirect.co.uk
- In your email, include a live website link (URL) to the competitor’s product(s). Ensure there are clear live web photos or screenshots showing the competitor’s product specification, stock availability, total price, and delivery window.
- Our team will verify the details. If approved, we will provide you with a custom discount code or order framework to complete your purchase at the matched price.
Panelling Direct reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Price Match Offer at any time without prior notice. Price match requests cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed or delivered.
